Each chew is made from skimmed yak and cow milk, with a touch of lime juice to harden the mixture. The chews are then compressed and smoke-dried for 28 days, resulting in a dense, flavorful treat that supports healthy chewing habits.

These chews are high in protein and calcium, low in fat, and completely free from preservatives, gluten, and grains. Their tough texture encourages extended chewing, helping to reduce plaque and tartar buildup.

Yak chews for dogs contain very little lactose—typically less than 1%—because the milk used is fermented, dried, and hardened, which removes most of the lactose. This makes them generally safe even for dogs that are mildly lactose intolerant, though sensitive pups may still react.
