Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK mainland locations only, with a minimum order requirement of 1 kg.

Lead Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. However we do aim to ship all orders placed before 12 midday (Mon–Fri) on the same working day.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under £100: £9.99 + VAT — shipped via a next-working-day courier service.
• Orders £100 and over: Free shipping — usually sent via a next-working-day courier service.

Large Orders

Orders shipped by pallet may take 1–2 working days to arrive, depending on the courier.
