Each chew is made from skimmed yak and cow milk, with a small amount of lime juice to harden the mixture. The chews are then compressed and smoke-dried for 28 days, resulting in a dense, flavourful treat that supports healthy chewing habits.

These treats are high in protein and calcium, low in fat, and completely free from preservatives, gluten, and grains. Their tough texture encourages extended chewing, helping to reduce plaque and tartar build-up while keeping dogs engaged.

Yak chews for dogs contain very little lactose—typically less than 1%—because the milk used is fermented, dried, and hardened, which removes most of the lactose. This makes them generally safe even for dogs that are mildly lactose intolerant, though sensitive pups may still react.

Once your dog has chewed down to the final piece, you can microwave it for 30–60 seconds until it puffs up. Allow it to cool before offering it back as a crunchy bonus snack.
